This course offers the welding student instruction on how to use oxy-acetylene equipment to cut and join steel, aluminum, copper and cast iron. At their own workstation, students will learn the techniques of welding, brazing and soldering. All basic supplies, except the required textbook Welder’s Handbook by Richard Finch (available from Home Depot and local bookstores), are included in the materials fee. A personal safety list will be provided upon registration
